Reiki (prounced ray-key) means 'universal life force energy', it is a non-invasive healing modality whichs helps to balance the human energy system and assist the body in repairing itself. Reiki sessions usually last about 60 minutes but can be tailored to suit the client. For stress reduction one to three sessions are satisfactory, however, for chronic conditions long-term treatment may be recommended.
