In addition to educating and supporting parents-to-be, Vickie Hingston-Jones, a qualified doula and natural therapist, provides calm, constant care to all, actively bringing body, mind & spirit into balance & harmony. 

The Confident Birth & WellBeing clinic is a place of peace and tranquility overlooking the Lanyon Valley.  In the clinic Vickie uses a range of natural therapies to balance energy, improve health, boost immune systems and relieve stress. 

Enjoy the healing power of a relaxing Reiki treatment or the peaceful bliss a guided meditation session. Maintain the sense of calm at home or the workplace with a personal blend of aromatherapy oils or a flower essence remedy specifically suited to your wellbeing.  Conditions helped include migraine, anxiety, PMT, menopause, chronic pain, the effects of medication, insomnia and depression.

Doula! The Ultimate Birth Companion

A  documentary film following three doulas as they support parents before, during and after giving birth, suitable for expectant parents and birth professionals alike.

The First Six Weeks Parenting Course

In an interactive, informative and entertaining four hours, experienced presenters will take you through a survival course for the first six weeks of life with your new baby.

Established in 2005, over 1200 parents in the Canberra/Queanbeyan region have launched their parenting career with the First Six Weeks
